Singer Adnan Sami has shared his disappointment with the Taj Krishna Hotel in Hyderabad. He was staying in the hotel’s Presidential Suite when he found that none of the bathrooms had running water due to maintenance work.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Sami called it a “sorry and inexcusable” state and said no one at the hotel seemed concerned about the issue. His post soon went viral, with many people reacting online.
The hotel responded with an apology, explaining that the problem was because of an “operational exigency” which led to a temporary water shutdown. They assured that the matter would be resolved soon and added, “We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. Your butler is at your assistance if you need anything.”
The issue has sparked a discussion on social media about the service standards of luxury hotels. While some people treated the incident in a light-hearted manner, others expressed disappointment and shared their own experiences, resulting in a mix of concerns and comical reactions.
